Encouragement and being specific takes more thought but can really be more meaning and lead to the desired end results of feeling accomplishment. Our children are our greatest gift and their growth does require a "path/plan and goal setting" they are so worth all of the effort and a plan makes it easier once this concept is understood and purposefully put in place.
